At a time when scientific fact is more important than ever, the UK Supreme Court has finally stated the obvious. Men are men and women are women. It’s so basic to our biology as human beings that it shouldn’t have to be written into an 88 page document. But here we are.

Let me begin by stating that anyone who claims to be anything, should be respected. If someone wants to be a cat, that’s fine. No one should care. It doesn’t hurt anyone. However, one would think that any family members would want that person to get help for that strange belief, since humans can’t be cats, but in the end, who cares?

The reason transgenderism became an issue in the first place, is because it started affecting other people. It was no longer just a personal feeling. When you allow men, (human beings with penises) into women’s spaces and sports, it becomes an issue for everyone, particularly women. We therefore need to make a choice between who should be affected and the fairness of public policies. Do females have a right to privacy in public spaces and the right to compete against other females in sports? The answer of course is yes!

I’ve been writing about topic since 2023, when I unequivocally stated that trans women aren’t actual women, merely because they identify as such. Being married to a woman for 35 years, I have tried my best to empathize with all my wife has had to experience that no man can relate to or comprehend. Menstrual cramps for example or pap smears, endometriosis child birth, breast feeding and menopause. And a man, regardless of what he thinks he feels, can never understand what it means to be an actual women.

Fortunately, the Supreme Court of the UK, has finally made that obvious. It ruled that Equality Act of 2010, the term “woman” and “sex” refer exclusivity to biological sex. It means that transgender women in the UK, including those with Gender Recognition Certificates, are not legally recognized as women. That is the very definition of stating the obvious. But unfortunately, given the times in which we live, it needed to be codified.

Hopefully, the United States Supreme Court will follow suit and put to rest, this insane notion that people, merely by self-identification, can change their sex. A document or certificate created by misguided politicians doesn’t change that. Men who claim to be women are NOT victims of discrimination. Women who have had their privacy compromised and who have lost podium spots, are the the actual victims. Biology matters!! No one wants a trans female to stop acting or dressing however they choose. However, they do not have the right to invade women’s spaces and sports. They are biological men and no quack scientist or medical professional can ever change that scientific fact.
