A New York City Nanny, lies in a hospital, unable to speak to police, after murdering two children in her care and attempting to take her own life.  Yoselyn Ortega, 50, and the two children, were found in the bathroom by their mother, Marina Krim.  Both were in the bathtub fully clothed, with multiple stab wounds.  The nanny was bleeding but alive with self-inflicted stab wounds to her wrists and neck.  At this time, there appears to be no motive as everything seemed copacetic in the home.  Marina Krim, even vacationed at the sister of Ms Ortega and blogged about what wonderful people Ms Ortega’s family are and how much she loved the Dominican Republic. The children’s father, Kevin Krim, a CNBC media executive, was met at the airport by police and escorted to the hospital.  The nanny was apparently a recommendation from friends. Ortega is a naturalized US citizen who has been living here for approximately ten years.  For the past two years, she has been employed by the Krim family, who live in a luxury building on West 75th street, one block from central park.  Whatever the motive, this is a tragic, senseless murder of two innocent children.  No charges have yet been filed against Ortega.
