Come Along Hold #2 – Okuri Eri Hiji Tekubi – Sliding Lapel Elbow Wrist

Tori grabs uki wrist and pulls arm straight out with the wrist, palm up.  On the right side, tori slides his left arm under uki`s right arm and grabs the uki`s gi high up on the lapel.  Notes: If outside the dojo, this works with a shirt as well.  If shirtless, this is not the joint lock to use.  Tori extends left arm under the elbow of the uki and pulls down on his right wrist.  It is very important that the hand in the lapel is deep on the lapel leaving no slack.  It makes the joint lock much tighter and more painful without using much strength.  Uki will follow tori wherever he takes him.
